Rescue Emergency Care (REC) First Aid
Rescue Emergency Care (REC) is a national first aid organisation, recognised by the outdoor industries and many Sport National Governing Bodies. It is also approved by the HSE across the UK and Ireland.
REC was developed in Scotland for the outdoors but it is easily adapted to any workplace environment, schools, colleges and the home.
REC courses are delivered by fully qualified independent trainers using a progressive, practical approach whilst complying with current UK and European guidelines.
Peak Practice NI is validated by REC to deliver a range of courses leading to qualifications which are valid for three years. These are hands-on first aid courses using scenarios for experiential learning.
Course delivery is designed to suit the needs of your organisation’s timescale, midweek or at weekends, anywhere in Northern Ireland.
